I’m back from 2 weeks vacation, and the Clubhouse looks GREAT!
During my Thanksgiving vacation, I was able to visit family in Fitchburg, Leominster, Brockton, Ashburnham Massachusetts and Greenville, New Hampshire. I also had 16 at my Thanksgiving Day table. I went to my 25th class reunion, a York Chamber Commerce Event with some girlfriends I hadn’t seen in months, rearraigned my house, and last but not least I found out that I have a sister that no one in my family knew about that lives in Staten Island! What a FULL 2-weeks!
The sales office is currently closed for the season while we prepare our 2010 marketing materials, revise our website, and go through the existing database with a fine tooth comb. Sally is actively working on setting up the Association software rental program, and the Production Team is going full-speed ahead!
If you’d like to visit the property to take a peek at what we have to offer, please feel free to call Sally or I, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and we will set up an appointment to meet you. Please call toll-free at 1-866-786-8554, or email me at jackie@seaglassvillage.com.
Thanks for checking in!

Today was a bitter sweet day for me. Today at 4:00 we officially closed the Sales Office to walk-in traffic until Mid-February 2010.
Upon reflection of this sales season~ I have so many things to be thankful for:
Since Memorial Day- just about 20% of our entire build out has either closed or gone under contract (What other property in the COUNTRY can say THAT?);
Our Clubhouse construction is well underway - and we will be having a Grand Opening celebration early in the 2010 Season ;
We have lots of construction to keep our crews busy over the winter months;
Our Production Crew is the BEST in the Seacoast;
I am on vacation for the next 2 weeks
; and last but not least
I have a wonderful team, (especially Sally and Carol) who are my left and right hand, and are a big, big part of the success of this Development. I LOVE MY JOB! (don’t you just get sick of me saying that?)
If you have any questions, comments or suggestions on what I can post to this blog, please email me at blog@seaglassvillage.com. Or if you’d like to discuss becoming a future owner please email me at jackie@seaglassvillage.com, or call us toll-free at 1-866-786-8554.
Happy Thanksgiving to ALL~!

Here is your weekly update!
The clubhouse building continues – here is a photo showing a couple of walls standing
. Please note: Since this photo was taken, they have erected even MORE walls, but the batteries in my camera died, (figures, last day of the season and Halloween- and NO CAMERA!) .
Well, yesterday was a sad day here at the Village! The last day of the season BOOOOO!!!. Many of our owners were here, buttoning up their cottages. Lots of hugs and well-wishes were passed out! We’ve had a REMARKABLE 2009, and it is due to the great new friends that I have made here at Seaglass. I feel truly blessed. I hate to wish time away, but I can not WAIT until May 1st, when all of our current owners, and the new buyers are able to come back to the property. There will be a GRAND OPENING for the pavilion building in early May, and I am starting the Grand Opening Party planning now.
Speaking of the pavilion building, on Friday I sent out the information packet to the interior decorators to get the ball rolling on the interior design. I can’t WAIT to see what they come up with! No doubt- it will be the Talk of the Town, and will be gorgeous!
The site traffic is beginning to slow down a bit, but we still got 2 new reservations this weekend! The quantity of visitors may have dwindled, but the quality is still going strong! As you may already know, we are closing down the Sales Office to walk in traffic effective November 15th at 4:00 pm for the season. On the 16th of November, I’ve been instructed that the prices of cottages will be reviewed by the boss, and prices will likely be going up! If you have been debating on whether to buy now, or wait until 2010, you can have the benefit of both, IF YOU RESERVE YOUR COTTAGE NOW! With 10% downpayment before November 16th, you can enjoy 2009 prices, and close in 2010………..!
I hope everyone is well, and if you have any suggestions or comments on what I can post on this blog, please email me at blog@seaglassvillage.com. I’d LOVE to hear your suggestions!
Have a great night!
Peace & Love to ALL ♥

Just your weekly update-
Below please find some photos of the Clubhouse progress this week- the slab floor for the clubhouse building and Pavilion have been poured!
It just rained yesterday, so there are a couple of wet spots….. The sunshine and the colored leaves in the background are making this a SPECTACULAR Day! Why not jump in the car right now, and take a ride to visit us. You’ll love seeing the model cottages!
We are open for tours Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10 am to 4 pm- BUT AFTER NOVEMBER 15th THE SALES OFFICE IS CLOSING FOR THE SEASON! If you think that this is a place you want to spend your time next season, reserve a Cottage NOW at 2009 pre-construction prices, before the price increase! You can still close next Spring, but lock in this seasons pricing. You’ll be glad you did! Join the other 33 families who are thankful that they did just that!
Have a GREAT day- Hope to see you soon!

The foundation people have been here- the plumber is here- the pool people are here- and all have been working really hard to get YOUR future Indoor Resistance Pool installed. This pool is being installed in the Fitness Center Area of the Clubhouse Building, which as I have been telling you, is currently under construction.
Just imagine- if you come in now you can purchase your BRAND NEW Seasonal Cottage, close by May 1st 2010, and you and your family can be swimming and working out in your own fitness center for the entire 2010 season!
ALSO , if you sign an agreement THIS WEEKEND ONLY (Saturday, October 10th, Sunday October 11th or Monday October 12th) recieve a free, 32″ flat screen TV at closing. In addition, we will be serving home made Apple Crisp and Vanilla Ice Cream to all those who visit.
You know that you’re interested~either come by or come back THIS WEEKEND, before prices increase for 2010!
